Update from staff member, Nicole Henry on her father, Pastor Michael Vander Dussen.
"My dad was able to come home yesterday! Praise God, definitely answered prayer and we are so happy he can be home with my mom. His oxygen levels were stable enough for him to be at home, and he will be on oxygen while he is home. He’s still got a long way to go. As far as his brain tumor, he has been having more seizures that are progressing into bigger ones. He is loosing his eye sight, and is unable to see clearly. He has been very down and his personality is not like his normal self. The changed personality we think, is a mix of the tumors pressure on his brain, and him just having a hard time with his reality right now. This COVID-Pneumonia took a big toll on him and he is extremely weak. Even talking has been difficult. I know these are a lot of details, but I think it could help with specific prayers. We are praying that this tumor goes away and that all these terrible symptoms go away as well. We are trusting God and his timing, but we just want our dad, husband, etc. back"
