I've taken an acting management role at work while my boss is on admin leave. We are severely low on personnel and I have been tasked with shutting down our overnight operations for the first time in the history of our PD. Dispatch is negatively affected by taking on the Records load and my staff is weary. I am also in charge of hiring 3 new employees to bring staffing levels back up, without trainers, and I will begin working overnight hours to plug holes in the schedule until we can settle with Dispatchers and close overnight. I just wanted to ask for prayers for:
1. peace and rest for my team
2. wisdom for myself as I start making difficult and lasting decisions for my bureau
