UPDATE From: Heather Stephenson– We are seeing progress! Evan was able to tolerate being on his back for 4 hours with 60% oxygen assistance and maintain saturation in the mid 90’s. This is HUGE! A MIRACLE! Answered prayers! The doctors are encouraged by this indicator of improvement! His blood gas results are still very low. Please continue to pray for improvement that:
* He will have a decrease in oxygen needs and maintain saturation in the 90’s, especially while on his back.
* His blood gas levels will improve.
* He will be calm and relaxed when he is turned on his back again. This is a critical time.
Also, please pray for me. I need renewed strength for each day to encourage and motivate Evan and manage the tremendous stress. Thank you!
