Thank you for your continued prayers for our son. Please continue to pray for Ethan, who has Cystic Fibrosis, and keeps getting recurrent styes that turn into painful bumps and eye infections. We have been dealing with the most recent one for nearly 8 weeks and have been to the ER and received oral and topical antibiotics for the infection. Praise the Lord the cellulitis is gone! Unfortunately, the stye has turned into something called a chelazion. Please pray we receive authorization from our insurance company as soon as possible to perform a procedure on the 19th where the doctor will sedate him at CHOC and remove the chelazion and drain all of his oil glands that become continually clogged causing infection in his eye. Pray the procedure is successful with no complications and he doesn't have a recurrence of these painful styes/chelazions. We are even praying there will be an opening before August 19 with his surgeon. Thank you so much.
