Update on Eli - Need for prayer....Surgery went well and we're home, but just sent the message below out to his pastor's:
Eli is home and in EXTREME pain. Please pray for relief. Do He said he hasn't experienced this level of pain throughout his ordeal. It is NON STOP. I begged nurse in recovery room for pain pills because he'll be home not in a facility. He's crying out to God. This is so hard. He's apologizing to me and he said he doesn't want me to cry. We are both in tears and begging God to ease his pain
Just in.....Praise God! A little after 1:00 this morning Eli prayed to the Father, "Your Will be done." God replied by giving him and me sleep until 6 AM (which is late for us normally). We both woke up refreshed and his pain today is tolerable which is a 100% improvement over yesterday. Praise God!
