Update on Eli - surgery went well, the vein was completely blocked by a 6 inch clot they found in December had hardened - they had to call in a 3rd specialist to help insert two stents - the clot remains (I am not sure why) and the vein is open again .... they expect rapid improvement and rehab to start again soon! thank you for the prayers!
