Life Group Spiritual Health Assessment

Hello Friends Church Life Groups! We believe that Life Groups provide the greatest opportunity for spiritual growth and are the primary way to put into practice the command of Jesus to make disciples of all nations. As we develop a deeper Intimacy with God and a greater Reliance on the Holy Spirit, Life Groups are living out this command of Jesus and the mission of our church by becoming Family, Servants, and Missionaries.

As our Life Groups grow, it’s important to assess progress to have an accurate view of where we are and where God might be inviting us to go deeper. Please review the 5 Foundations – Building Blocks of a Life Group and then take this assessment individually (noting that some questions are geared towards the group and others are geared toward you as an individual). Afterward, discuss the questions below as a group as you seek to continue along the path of spiritual growth together!

Test yourselves to make sure you are solid in the faith. Don’t drift along taking everything for
granted. Give yourselves regular checkups . . . Test it out. If you fail the test, do something about it.
2 Corinthians 13:5 (The Message)
