SEPT 17: THE LAUNCH
Get ready to LAUNCH into fall with a thrilling escape room! This is the perfect time to bring some friends and make some new ones.
SEPT 24: ROOTED WEEK 1 – BELONG
To kick off our Rooted series, we will explore how Jesus fulfills our need to belong through community with God and with others.
OCT 1: ROOTED WEEK 2 – KNOWN
This week we will dive into how it takes real connection and authentic relationship to truly get to know someone.
OCT 8: ROOTED WEEK 3 – PRAYER
This week, students will experience prayer stations and opportunities that demonstrate how prayer connects us with God and can help you get to know Him more.
OCT 15: ROOTED WEEK 4 – WORTHY
This week students will learn who God says they are and what their purpose is.
OCT 22: ROOTED WEEK 5 – FREE
Students will learn about the impact sin has our our lives and how we can choose to live and walk in freedom.
OCT 29: NOT MEETING – HALLOWEEN
NOV 5: ROOTED WEEK 6 – SENT
This week we will explore what a life of following Jesus looks like using His life and ministry as an example.
NOV 12: ROOTED WEEK 7- STORY
This week students will get the chance to share with their small group what Jesus has done for them this season.
NOV 19: ROOTED CELEBRATION
Let’s gather together and celebrate how God moved in this season. We will eat, laugh, and hear from students who want to share about how they experienced God through Rooted.
NOV 26: NOT MEETING – THANKSGIVING
DEC 3: CHRISTMAS AT THE MOVIES
Let’s kick off the Christmas season right! Watch some clips of “Elf” with your friends all the while learning about hidden spiritual themes! To add to this Christmas experience, you will also get to enjoy “Elf” themed snack & games!
DEC 10: THE BEST CHRISTMAS PARTY EVER
You definitely won’t want to miss the Best Christmas Party Ever! We’ll hear all our favorite Christmas songs, play games, and enjoy some classic Christmas desserts!

MEET TORI
Meet our Student Ministries Intern, Tori Kientz! Tori is a long-time leader here at Friends, who has been serving on our Worship Team and with students at our Yorba Linda campus for the last 5 years. Junior High and High School were some of the most transformative years in Tori’s life. In turn, she has a heart to help steward a community that will help students grow not only closer to one another, but also discover and grow in their relationship with Christ.
