Common Misconceptions
We want all of our leaders to have a heart to love God and to love kids. You don’t need a degree in early childhood development, elementary education, or Christian education to be a great leader. We will equip and train you for ministry.
You will be surrounded and supported by our loving staff and volunteer team who are here for you. We strive to have a team mentality in everything we do, allowing people to serve using their gifts together, and honoring Christ.
We would love to utilize you in Kids Ministries with as much or as little time as you have. We have multiple avenues where you can serve God and be used in developing kids to be authentic Christ-followers.
- You must be young.
- You must be the perfect example of a Christian.
- You must be a captivating communicator.
- You must be able to act like a kid.
- You must be able to play guitar.
- You must be wild and crazy.
- You must know the 10 most popular songs on the radio.
- You must be liked by all kids.
We want people who first and foremost love God! We want those who want to serve Him by using their God-given abilities to minister and impact the lives of kids.
