Healing the Wounds of your Past
Mondays I 7-9P I June 8 – July 6, 2020 I Online
Past wounds leave scars. This class will enable you to identify your wounds and understand how they impacted you in the past and continue to impact you in the present. These wounds include those from dysfunction, loss, abuse, abandonment, rejection, divorce, betrayal, and more. We will explore childhood and adult wounds. We will learn about causes of wounds and their resultant scars. We will explore the grief process, guilt, shame, protective defenses, core wounds, and forgiveness. You will be able to move forward in a new way.
Teacher: Karla Downing, MFT
Cost: $17.97 for materials. Payment made when you pick up materials from Karla. More information will be sent on how to pick up materials.

Many of us find ourselves in a place we would have never dreamed, single again. The loss of your life partner through divorce or death can leave you feeling vulnerable and isolated. Single Again Women’s Group is a place to come as you are to find community, prayer and to be encouraged to stay close to God as you walk through this difficult time.
