JHM WINTER CAMP
It’s already time for Winter Camp! We are heading back to Forest Home this Winter for a weekend (hopefully in the snow!) of connection with peers and refreshment with God. It is our desire for life groups to go to camp together and spend this weekend going deeper with one another and letting God lead them into what is next for them as a group. We only have 60 spots available so SIGN UP TODAY!
Departure/Arrival Times
We will depart from the Worship Center on Friday, January 31 at 3:30P (please arrive to the church for check-in at 2:45P) and we will return to the church on Sunday, February 2 at 1P.
How much does it cost?
We are offering an Early Bird Price of $250 for the first 25 students to sign up. After those 25 spots have filled up, the price will rise to our Full Price of $275. Payment Plans will be available. There are only 60 spots available, so sign up quickly before camp fills up!
Students may also want to bring around $20 – $30 to purchase items from the Snack Shack.
A Life-Changing Experience
Junior High Winter Camp is the place for 6th, 7th & 8th grade students to have an unforgettable winter weekend! With engaging biblical teaching, high-energy worship, awesome games, and the beauty of the mountains—what’s not to love?!
Jr Highers will have an opportunity to step away from the busyness and the distractions of everyday life and spend a weekend encountering Jesus in a unique way. Campers will hear teaching from God’s Word, participate in small group discussions, and spend time with Forest Home staff who love them and challenge them in their faith.
Junior High Winter Camp is an incredible opportunity for students to draw near to Christ and experience transformation that can only be found in Him.
Who will be leading the camp?
The JHM Staff, in partnership with Forest Home staff will produce all programs, activities, worship and games! JHM Staff and Volunteers will be serving as Cabin Counselors with a small group of students. All JHM volunteers will be fully screened through our Friends Church Life Scan system. There will be plenty of free time for students and leaders to connect in meaningful ways, have fun together, and debrief what God is teaching them!
